We are so grateful to have you here, but you must understand that by navigating/using and making purchases on our website, you are accepting of the following T/C’s:
- Discount codes are only a one time use unless specified by us. Eg: sale periods.
- Measurements have been done by you on your dog and match our sizing guides listed on our page. Sizes may vary.

- Please allow 1-2 days business days for orders to be dispatched. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your order to be dispatched during a sale period. We are only a small business, and we will do our absolute best to dispatch your order as soon as we can.
- Urban Pet Care is unable to take responsibility for sizing matters. Please ensure you carefully read the sizing guide for each product before placing your order. If you need any assistance please email us with your dog's neck and chest measurements prior to ordering.
- Please ensure you correctly enter your address details when you order. If your parcel comes back to us and is marked 'return to sender', you will be required to pay the same postage cost to have your order re-delivered.
- Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we will not change or refund your order. If you need to make changes to an order, contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to adhere to changes prior to dispatch.
- You have read our returns & exchange policy and understand we not provide refunds for change of mind.
- You have read and understood our exchange/return policy: Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or finalise the matter accordingly, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Any items that are returned or unopened goods will be refunded in full, excluding shipping. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and payment will returned by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Urban Pet Care.
- Price alterations or partial refunds will not be given if you have placed an order for a full priced item and the product is on sale soon there after.
- If you request for your order to be delivered and left unattended you acknowledge that Urban Pet Care and their representatives will not be held responsible in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel, left in accordance with instructions given.

Here @ Urban Pet Care, we have ensured our products are made from the highest quality, durable fibres and materials, however you must understand nothing is totally indestructible. We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of you placing an order against any faults. If you have an issues with our products ordered that you would like to address, please contact us.
Please cross check all received items prior to any use or wear. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
